Quarter/Hexter Dates

Grading Period Overview

Core Classes
Core academic classes will follow a quarter grading period, with each quarter lasting approximately nine weeks, and students will remain with the same core teachers throughout the school year.

• Quarter 1: August 12^th – October 14^th
• Quarter 2: October 19^th – December 18^th
• Quarter 3: January 5^th – March 11^th
• Quarter 4: March 15^th – May 25^th

Exploratory Classes
Exploratory classes will follow a hexter grading period, with students rotating to new exploratory courses every six weeks.

• Hexter 1: August 12^th – September 22^nd
• Hexter 2: September 23^rd – November 4^th
• Hexter 3: November 5^th – December 18^th
• Hexter 4: January 5^th – February 18^th
• Hexter 5: February 22^nd – April 12^th
• Hexter 6: April 13^th – May 25^th
