Art Club

- Open to all grade levels

Book Club

Requirements:
- We will sign up to supply breakfast treats. Reading books!
Cooking Club
Sponsor: Mrs. Becker (jbecker@bennps.org)
Start Date: Oct 29th or 30th. There will be 2 groups and you will be assigned to either Tuesday or Wednesday.
Requirements:
- $25 fee
Having only 4 kitchens, I am limiting each group to 24 students.
Drama Club
Sponsor: Ms. DeWald (ddewald@bennps.org)
Start Date: September 18th. Every Wednesday except for early outs (3:15 to 4 PM)
Requirements:
- Open to 6th and 7th grade students who are interested in learning more about Drama.
- Due to classroom size, it is limited to 22 students.
Fitness Club

Requirements:
- Show up when you can, sign in at start of session, can use for make ups when absent from PE

Jazz Band

Marimba Ensemble 1 and 2

Marimba 1: Tuesdays before school from 7:15 - 7:50 am
Marimba 2: Mondays after school from 3:15 - 4:00 pm

- Open to 6th - 8th graders
- Audition required.
- Auditions are Wednesday, August 28th after school from 3:15 - 4:00 pm
Science Club

Start Date: Thursday, September 5th at 3:15 - 4:00 P.M. and every other Thursday to follow
Requirements:
- Open to 6th - 8th graders
- Follow lab safety if applicable
- Be ready to interact, create experiments, complete experiments, and possibly dissect things!

- Students are selected through an application process.
- Applications are due Thursday, August 29th and members will be announced after Labor Day.
Yearbook

Start Date: September 9th. EVERY Monday and other days as needed to take pictures of school events; 3:15 to 4 PM
Requirements:
- Limited to ten 7th and 8th grade students.
- Must complete an application and have a written recommendation from a teacher.
- Applications are due Friday, August 30th
